Christofle Vintage Silvered Glass Coaster

These silver-plated ‘Louis-Philippe’ coasters were created by Christofle in 1979. They feature a motif of braided hearts on a guilloché background, which gives them their relief. Their name evokes Christofle’s first major customer, who ordered a service for his royal residence in Eu, Normandy, in 1844. ​
